COVID-19 UPDATE- OUR OFFICE HAS OFFICIALLY REOPENED AS OF JUNE 1, 2020

During the past few months, Dr. Tran, Dr. Wadden, and their team have invested many many hours researching the industry through leaders such as the AAO, CDC, ADA, and CDA. There have been many webinars, Zoom and calls in order to re-open with confidence. You will notice several changes we've implemented to ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and doctors.

Here is what you can expect as you return for your orthodontic appointment:

  • All patients must have a completed COVID-19 questionnaire submitted at least 12 hours prior to your appointment
  • We ask that you brush your teeth and sanitize your hands prior to your appointment
  • All patients who enter the office must wear a face mask or face covering
  • Patients will have their temperature taken upon checking in at the front desk and will be handed a cup of Peridex (proven to kill viral load and act as a disinfectant in the oral cavity)
  • Every other waiting room chair has been sectioned off to maintain social distancing protocol
  • The magazine, coffee/tea, and tooth brushing stations have been closed
  • We've reduced the number of patients seen at the office at a time and patients will be kept at a distance more than 6 feet apart
After each appointment, the units will be wiped down with medical grade disinfectant
  • We will have A/C on, open windows for increased ventilation (temperature allowing), and we've installed a medical grade HEPA filter

Thank you so much for your patience during this time. If you or anyone in your family is feeling symptomatic, we urge you to please give us a call so that we can reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety. Once again, thank you for your trust and confidence in us and we look forward to making your visits safe while we resume your orthodontic treatment. Our first priority is for you to stay safe and healthy!
